We had an immensely productive day yesterday.
All of us except Troy, whom we couldn't contact, met up at 10am yesterday for a full day of organization at UCA.
We began with twister and got our game heads on, spun Will into tables and set out the rules. We have briefed CAFT on what we need for that game and also told them we will have to for go the second pong set as there just isn't room!
After lunch we met up for a production meeting in the library where we got organized for easter!
We went over the shot list and scripts for the shoots and organized days we could do them. Despite hoping to both be on set for both VT's, Casey and Will's timetables clash but Dylan and I are available to be there too for extra hands on deck!
Dylan put together a contact sheet which we had still been lacking. He also scanned in the shot lists and revised timetable into our google doc account which fits nicely as production schedule along with the google calendar.
Casey managed to get in touch with Dog and Gun folks via facebook and we are still trying to plan a day with them! They are a bit flakey at the moment but hopefully they will be worth it!
Will sorted out the VT shoot with the Fox team for Monday and also booked out the cameras.
I contacted Donna Gray, our favourite for our Barmaid and said that we would like audition her during the week of the 2nd of May. She got in touch very quickly saying she is very available for that day and thinks the project sounds interesting and is fine with no pay!
At about 3.30 Troy unknowingly stumbled upon our production meeting and plonked down to finish his version of a production schedule. After explaining we had been trying to contact him he kindly told us he had lost his phone but will soon have another. Until then he is to regularly check his emails.
We should have everything in place by the time we get back from the holidays. VT's will have been shot. Auditions organized. And hopefully some good feedback from CAFT!
